Joe Dirt hands down has the best mullet ever!!! No mullet wearer has ever scored a better lookin babe than Joe Dirt. He is forever my hero!

David Spade shouldn’t be included in this list because he was wearing a wig as Joe Dirt and was in character. The others really looked like that.
