White trash sewing kit

Pfff….needle and thread are for city folks.  Us White Trash redneck Bubba’s only need duct tape.  One strip of duct tape to the jeans and repair is done!  No one will notice!

   This works but you need a strip on the inside as well for safety reasons.

   I have done this…only I patched from the inside. Kept my favorite jeans going for 2 more years. replace tape after 2 washings

   Did this with a nylon nightgown. Hubby was on the floor laughing. But it did get him to spring for more sleepware for me.
   Had been wearing the old one since we married 10 years earlier.

   This kind of fix also comes in handy if where you work is hard on clothing, and you often rip your pants in roughly the same place every time, saves some effort doing it this way.
