   Looks like someone was changing a tire and someone put the flatbed in front of the car. I’m going to vote that it’s just a staged photo and not really a Wal-Fart repair or anything.

   Maybe that cart is the easiest way to move an old AMC Eagle around a parking lot.
   Even with wheels expecting it to go under its own power is iffy at best
