Trailer House

Alabama? North Carolina?
actually this has ghetto written all over it.
West (by god) Virginia?
streets are clean and there are both well maintained parking spaces and “no parking” curbs. The pitch on the roofs says they can get snow; but the part stucco, part rolled roof and part metal on the house in question is strange. Both doors have notes taped to the inside of the glass and the base is brick so I’d say zoned for business. Across the street they have both a maintained hedge and a rock border. It looks more like the neighborhood eyesore than a side street in hell. Coat of paint would do it wonders. Got me!?!
Nope, no snow load capacity on that one. And the trailer add-on has its own add-on.
The right section of roof looks more like clay tile. Puts it in the south for sure and probably Southwest.
Somewhere in California?
@grey- I meant clay, how did stucco get typed? Bad fingers! I was referring to the two houses in the background for the roof pitches associated with snow load. The house in the foreground is strangely out of place for both the style and well maintained neighborhood. Was it plunked down by a tornado? IS THIS KANSAS?
It is in Fennimore, Wisconsin. It’s across the street from Casey’s General Store. used as an office building for insurance or a roofing company.
I sure wouldn’t buy anything from anyone who maintained their property like that. Now if it was mom’s house I’d paint it for her ’cause she’s old and and arthritic; and it’s only 1 story. It’s NOT a bad looking neighborhood; from what you can see.
yep, Google earth has that building at the intersection of Jefferson and 12th in beautiful downtown Fennimore, Wisconsin.
Dang, it looks like somrthing my sisters boyfriend would be living in. lol
