   Clearly he is insanely hungry. Look at the getaway sticks on this dude, or the lack thereof. This I believe takes “Freegan” to a whole new level! What happens when a lorry comes along?

   Clearly this is a protest of some type. He’s trying to draw the city’s attention to a pot hole they refuse to fix by crazy behavior.

   Personally, I would’ve gone to WalMart and bought a ton of cheap bath toys, especially rubber ducks, and throw them in there.

   Ihope he comes to his senses before the men in white coats come after him.He needs to protest in a different manner…if that’s what he’s doing because my first impression would be insanity.i wonder if that’s what he wants people to think?
