That shower looks to clean to be a true white trash shower however the busch beer shower head does give it the redneck feel.
Gas valve on shower?

Just A Little Leak…
I’ll show that shower head not to leak! Nothing wrong with fixing a leak with some old used socks to tie around it. Ehh so it maybe leaking inside the wall, I can’t see it so who cares?
