Rain, Snow or Leaky Roof The Post Office Is There!
The submitter wrote: “Over the counter where they sell stamps etc, they’ve had this tarp over one of the openings for months. I couldn’t figure out what it was for a long time, then realized its there to catch the water that is leaking from the ceiling.You can see the tarp hanging and there’s a tube that goes down and under the counter to I assume a bucket. Since it doesn’t rain much in Las Vegas, I guess it doesn’t leak too much but this has been up there for months on end now.”
