Half A Trailer
“Look at the trailer where the van is parked. Notice that its not that long. That’s right, it’s half a trailer. A friend, who is a firefighter, said the other half of the trailer caught fire some time ago. So with a little red neck engineering, the owner cut the trailer in half to salvage what he could. What’s not shown in the picture is the clear plastic that’s sealing the open end up. Guess he has a very large sun room now.”
Shoe Laces
The submitter wrote: “While not as extreme as others on this web site, I laughed while I fixed my boot today, thinking about White Trash Repairs. I’m a firefighter and the laces on my boot broke during a shift. My spare boots were home, and I needed to fix ‘em since I couldn’t get to a store right away. So, I pulled out the zip ties and reattached the zipper to the front of my boot! It actually worked quite well.” I say A+ on this repair!!!
