See this is a time saving Bubba. Great idea put the sink in the shower now you can Shower and Shave. All you need is the toilet then you could Sh*t, Shower & Shave all at once!

On one trip to Venezuela, one of our hotel rooms had a toilet in the shower. Most of the showers I’ve seen in India don’t have any discernible division between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.
This is most likely in an RV of some kind, where you CAN shit, shower and shave all at once.
This could also be at a campground or something along those lines.
