Dang that is too nice of a rim to use as a hose hanger.  This must be an upper class Bubba (or taken at a shop that sells rims )

   Probably stolen, if they were a whole set bubba would’ve sold them instead of breaking a set up by using one.

   Maybe that’s one of the undamaged ones after another one was damaged because (s)he didn’t stop when the tire blew out.
