Not Up To Code
Ok Bubba, I’m not a electrician but some how I don’t think this is safe. Bubba put the wires down, it looks like a spaghetti mess of wires.

Bubba wants to know what the red and yellow ends mean? This could be bad!
I hope he lives next door to a fire dept.
Git-r-done!
Neutrals, grounds and hot’s all all connected properly…needs a bigger JB.

Greenfield connectors- have sharp edges and don’t secure romex.
Box needs to be about 5 times bigger.
No cover.
No staples- wires are just drooping down everywhere.
Not exactly a fire hazard, but is still an unprofessional mess.
Now then… which one goes to the kitchen outlet… hmmm…. this one?
Okay this is definitely not up to NEC code. Box is too small, to many wires. There’s a limit to how many wires in a box depending on box size and how big the wiring gauge is. And this exceeds it. If I remember correctly for this box size it should be around 10 wires only. And no when i mean wires i mean individual wires not each romex strand. And according to code ground wires count as 1 wire, and each wire nut counts as one as well.
