Mystery Switch

The submitter wrote: “I bought a used Lawn Tractor and it has this house type switch installed.It was already bubba engineered so it save me some work.  It shuts the motor off but the key switch does too so its kinda redundant to have it.”

   I would guess that the switch is there to bypass the weight sensitive switch in the seat so that the lawnmower will keep running without the rider sitting on it.

   it’s kill switch…
   tie a string around the switch…
   other end around your pinky finger…
   if you’ve had to much to drink and fall off
   lawn mower shuts off )))
