Thats a torque strap for the souped up 3.5 horsepower Briggs engine. Factory equipment LOL!

Those straps cost more than a used mower.It is nice to remember when American gave a damn and built machinery that would wear down to the last inch of life and keep working.
What do you mean, not on a lawn? Just cause people can’t afford to weed n’ feed their lawns doesn’t mean they at least don’t try and keep it mowed. There’s grass there, it’s among the Kudzu… LOL! WHITE TRASH NATION!!! WOOT!!
