I could be wrong but that looks like a residential area. Where I am, the bylaw officers would be all over that! Then again, they bylaw officers here are a couple of assholes.
Shoot… This fall I had all the dead stuff pulled from my garden in a pile to burn, I was mowing down the extra stuff around it so I could till it under. I let the mower fan the fire for a while myself!
THIS ISN’T IN CALIFORNIA!!…IT’S BEEN ILLEGAL TO BURN YOUR LEAVES FOR DECADES…INSTEAD, YOU HAVE TO PAY THE LOCAL GARBAGE COLLECTORS TO HAUL AWAY GARDEN REFUSE…EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY…IT IS A LAW THAT DOESN’T ALLOW YOU TO HAUL THEM AWAY YOURSELF…NICE LITTLE RACKET
I can burn where I live and this is how we get the fire going too.
where i live near the beach you are allowed to burn yard waste and only yard waste. we have been known to use a leaf blower to keep the fire going and help burn the chopped trees a little bit faster.
Where I live, we are REQUIRED to burn our leaves. We can’t put them on the curb.
I wouldnt consider this a white trash repair.
This is not a big deal. My Grandpa uses the leafblower and a gas-can to stoke the bonfire at the family camping trip every year. While it might seem a bit strange to everyone else, we actually have paramedics and firefighters in the family (close at-hand) and Grandpa’s an old pro at being a pyro.
this is a normal for around where i live(Redneck, USA) i prefer the riding lawn mower my self since it has a built in seat and i don’t have to hold anything, it leaves me with 2 extra hands for beer. while the leaf blower requires you to stand, and only allows you to have one open hand for beer.
