I see the light….

Ahhh another prime example of duct tape and plastic but what the hell is the light in the middle about?  Any guesses?

   It is the 3rd brake light. They need to put some of that transparent red tape on it.

   LOL that’s so you can see out with the rear-view-mirror! They need to see when someone is going to ram them when their ADHD takes over and they crash.
