  1. considering the prop is not even below the bottom of the boat, they’ll be lucky if it moves at all.

  3. that isnt a tiller. tillers are used to cultivate soil. that is an out-board motor. duh…

  7. I hear ya, Red…but I actually think most paddle boats have a tunnel hull where the paddles are located. This thing could be scary!

  9. It’s a short shaft boat motor, there is a tunnel down the center, the rudder and the paddles are located in the tunnel. Provided the dam thing floats with that weight in the back, I’d be terrified for anyone else on the lake. This compares to putting a Lamborghini on an ice race track.

  11. Hahahahaha! Lamborghini…. Let’s shoot for a “lawn mower with a V-8″ and call it even.

I’m actually surprised the person that did this, didn’t attach the engine in such a way it operates the paddles and not attach it like a regular engine.

I’d like to see a video of the carnage this thing leaves behind….

  13. Just guessing, the ass end looks pretty heavy. Im pretty sure you would be looking at the sky while in the water, if it even floats at all.

  15. Once I got my big ass in the boat it leveled out quite nicely. How ever the boat was so unstable I could only idle around in the cove. Well that was until the hull cracked at the rear foot wells and she started to go down lol. So I hauled ass to the shore to save the motor for the next redneck project hehe.

  17. You have some fledging engineering skills Jeff…
I look foward to working w/you….providing you don’t kill youself first!!

  19. All around good clean fun. Bet if you could figure out a way to rig it up on a regular row boat it would work fine.
