Dyslexic Camping
Way to go Bubba your dyslexia has crossed over to your camping skills. I would hate to be the person who tries to sleep in the top bunk which should be over the cab of the truck. I think we can say this is a FAIL!

I am sure there is a way to get in, ROB, just use a little sense; the door is on the other side! Maybe it isn’t, but give us a break, okay? And I am assuming that that hunk of junk is bolted on!

I hope that this is a deer lease camper and not a every weekend one.
This pic is entertaining, however the comment under it is not. This is obviously an ex tow behind camper that had the axle removed and then placed on the chassis of the van. This person did it this way because the wheel openings on the side match up better on the van when reversed. I would camp in it, I’m sure it starts a lot of conversations.
Either what Leslie said or I was also thinking. Maybe he has something on the roof of the van that he didn’t want to move to put the “attic” portion of the camper over the cab of the van, OR! It also looks like it wouldn’t have fit without jacking up the camper on the chassis of the van.
That was never a tow camper, it was made to go on a cab and chassis truck. I probaby was turned to fit the wheel wells or as JB said it has something else over the cab. It appears there is something black on top of the cab.

The camper is made to be turned the other way. The door is now at the cab and attached there that way he doesnt have to leave the truck to get in the camper. He made it a RV instead of a camper.
I first saw this pic at least 4 years ago on StrangeCosmos-dot-com. I have seen a travel-trailer with a similar overhang above the A-frame. But if this is one of those, on the truck chassis backwards, where is the door? Did the builder re-skin the thing to move it to the NEW curb-side?
Whether it’s that, or an old chassis-TC grafted backwards onto the cutaway-van-chassis we see it riding, my money’s on it being securely installed.
YOU ARE ALL WRONG, this camper is facing the RIGHT WAY. My parent have one just like it. The bunk over hang is in the back. Ours is made by the Arrow trailer company in fort wayne In. They were made in the late 60s.
