Do what to the daughter?

Found on Prince Edward Island.  “Dodge the father,  ______the daughter”.  I’m hoping its Ram and not Rape, either way hide your daughter from this guy.

   What sort of place can you live, where driving this contraption, can even seem possible? Even without the words on the bumper. If he means ‘rape’ then he is a dead man in England.
