   It’s OK, no problem; ever read the owners manual for a station wagon/SUV? If you leave the tailgate or hatch open, exhaust gasses come in the vehicle and can easily overcome the occupants. Opening the windows makes it worse. The only right way is to leave the widows closed, put the fan on high and don’t drive a long ways that way. This one will take care of itself nicely! Go Darwin!
