Wonder if he even bothered to change the rear-end ratio to make it run right? Hmmm…that would involve a basic understanding of math. Fuhgeddaboudit.
I like how the passenger side rear door is now useless thanks to the hideous exhaust pipe.
Why would he have to change the rear-end ratio? It is a Cavalier, it began it’s life as a front-wheel drive 4 cylinder. If he has a longitudinally mounted v-6 or 8 in there or even a 4 cylinder. It would run right either way. It is obviously a 6 lug diff out of a truck, so it should run that little car just fine. Probably 3.73.

the rear end does nothing in this creation. it is still a front wheel drive
Yeah, I don’t see a drive shaft connected to that big rear end (hey, that sounds sexually kinky!), so I guess it’s just a simple, although heavy duty, swap. Maybe next month, he’ll put a bigger engine in, and maybe the month after that, he’ll put in a hefty front end to match it up.
It looks totally stupid that way.
If you’re going to monsterize your truck, watch Spike on Saturday morning to watch “Trucks” and “Monster Trucks” etc to learn to do it right!
Then lift the ENTIRE truck. It can’t be comfortable leaning towards the road like that.
Where do we begin?
No driveshaft.
Transfer case? Not hooked to a transverse mounted engine.
Front end geometry is whack.(negative caster from being “jacked up”)
What was the point of this?
Total abortion, Bubba.
PA state inspection fail all doors have to work the exhaust has to be shielded and state law allows only for 2 sizes bigger than stock tires
oh yeah mom and dad have to be proud of him
@Cheap Parts
I was thinking the same thing… no driveshaft. I guess the question here is Why? There is no reason to do this unless looking like an ass appeals to you.
a might bit goofy i would say why? but then again, why not? just toss some parts together and see what happens. Low budget entertainment.
I love how he bolted the shackles to the part of the Cavalier that always rusts first!! WTG BUBBA!!!
