Here’s another example…this makes sense! Most bed frames are so low that there’s very little space for storage underneath them. this way there’s room for boxes underneath.
I would suggest some sort of cover around it to hide it a bit, though.
turn thise crate on their side n you have some extra storage. And a bedskirt will hide the tackiness.
You ALMOST got it right Bubba!! The crates have to be put with the opening facing the OUTSIDE! That way, things can be stored in them. THEN you can store larger items under the bed. Close, but no cigar.
You ALMOST got it right HandleBar… but if you turn the crate sideways… they lose the strength to support the load and will twist and collapse….
Sound logic HandleBar, except that most crates like that when turned on their side, don’t support much weight. Presumably Bubba is a big ‘ol boy and don’t wanna’ end up crashing to the ground when he flops down after a hard days drinkin’!
we would end up knocking the bed off the crates, it bad enough that bedframes have wheels on them !!

Milk crates…………almost as many uses as duct tape !!!!!!
You’re right about that, Justin, bookshelves, etc., but when it comes to beds, REAL rednecks use cinderblocks!!

lol i did that before. works well if you have enough crates.
