OMG I love it so much I’m going to make a bunch. I guess the only downside is that I will have to give them away as I live in an apartment and not a house (not such a good practice to leave your lingerie hanging for all your male neighbors to see)
Just for the record, this is my photo. I took it in 2010 and had it as my userpic on Facebook for about two seconds, and I’m only just now discovering it’s apparently been travelling around cyberspace since.
I especially love the person who’s not only using the image to sell stuff on Zazzle, but is marketing the items under “breast cancer awareness.” That’s certainly a worthy cause, but stealing an image and using it to sell stuff for personal gain under the “breast cancer awareness” banner is pretty despicable. Geez. People can really be crummy sometimes. If there were some way I could force that person to donate every penny they’ve made off of it to cancer research, I would!
Anyway, since it’s impossible to reign this cat in now that it’s already out of the bag, I’d at least like to let people know I’m the source of the image. Sorry about the stains on the cups. If I’d known the photo was going to be seen by so many people, I would have spiffed it up in Photoshop! LOL
Violet Hefner on July 7th, 2014 – I cannot believe that you are claiming the bra planter as your own creation – that is certainly weird – I don’t mind people sharing the bra planter photo or even copying it to make their own BUT to actually claim it as their is beyond me – why would you do that????
“Plant a Bra – Julie’s implants”
I am the Julie that originally pinned this to David Hobson’s Garden Humour website in 2008. http://home.golden.net/~dhobson/gardnews.html I live in Australia and made the bra myself.
Not long after my Plant a Bra has also found a Happy Hoe as a friend http://www.thehappyhoe.com Happy Hoe found my bra planter rather ‘uplifting’ I have since made bra planters with cactus in them – Now everyone knows that ‘my bras are cactus’!!!
