Oh yeah I’m willing to bet this passed all the codes and was signed off by some building inspector.  Can we say fire hazard?

   The person who ‘put that together’ (the cable, not the video) should be forced to eat the wire. Moron! I’d like to give a grade lower then “F” but that doesn’t exist in the Muggle world…

   It also looks like they defeated the ground between the surge suppressor and the kludged plug. They had enough money to put together a new garage with two garage door openers, but not enough to have them wired properly. Yeek.

   lol they should have used stranded wire instead of solid in the main run but other than that its ok…
   just don’t get those wires with hedge clippers

   No possible way a building inspector signed off on that. I ran out of fingers counting the code violations before he even got to the fence…

   Part of the fun is the camera guy’s names for things (refering to the Romex as wall cord and the power strip as a surge protector, etc.). Great video

    Yeah not great but the guy making the video don’t know jack either, wall cord?? Romex, even Bubba knows the name fer that buddy! And thats just a power strip but hey lets call it a surge protector, sure some of them actually do have a surge protector in them but no that one.
