Ummm Bubba this is a car and not a boat however you might be on to something here.  Just don’t forget to unhook it before you drive or you might end up with some holes in your tire.

   A redneck wheel boot? Not very effective since all rednecks have huntin’ knives and they can just cut the rope.

   Me being a redneck seeing that I am thinking, free car, free rope, free anchor, and I can pick that lock when I get it home so I can use that in my giant slingshot for killin squirrels.
