Adjustable Bracket
Nice adjustable bracket but some how I don’t think this will pass code. Far be it for me to tell you any different but I want to be a fly on the wall when the code inspector lays eyes on this one.

I MAY just be nit picking, but I THINK I see 10-12 screws that missed the rafter there Bubba … and the caption is right – that WILL NOT pass code no where in North American. Well, maybe in Bubbavill Alabama.
Maybe its a mobile home and you just fold it up when you’re done. I hope Bubba didn’t pay anyone to do that.
bubba, a little to the left next time and keep the line straight
This is common with prefab homes . no big deal
Where Holmes on Homes when you need them?!
notice the fact that that’s a 2X2″ for a load transfer and 5 of the roofing stapels are not embeded in the rafter makes you wonder what happened to neccecitate a new support member in that location
and how is it that we have no pic of the other end of this fucked up mess
We have hurricane clips in Florida to hold rafters together, apparently these are earthquake clips for California, definitely going for max flex there with the OSB on top, too.
Man this looks like a job for Holms on homes
That’s not an “adjustable bracket”. We call them hinges where I’m from.
I’ve actually seen this on homes in Florida.
